Mark LeDuc acted as our agent in both buying and selling properties in Sarasota and Osprey. Our residence, a condo in Pelican Cove, Sarasota was placed on the market at the beginning of July 2010 and was sold within six weeks. The final closing date was the 1st of October 2010. This was in the present financial climate, something I consider a remarkable achievement. Much of the credit must go to Mr. LeDuc who worked unstintingly on the presentation and marketing of the condo.
The purchase of our new home went through smoothly and without the slightest of hitches. Again Mark did all that was required of him and more in securing our property.
